A visit was undertaken by the Project Management Team of Unity in Action Foundation comprising of Mr. Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia (Founder Trustee – Unity in Action Foundation), Ms. Priyanka (CSR Manager), and Mr. Abhijit Sarkar (Project Manager – Unity in Action Foundation). The highlights of the visit were as follows:
Visit to SUGAM NGO SCHOOL
- Ms. Monika (Founder Trustee of SUGAM NGO) coordinated the visit and facilitated the interaction with students of SUGAM.
- The Programme Team of Unity in Action Foundation visited all the classes of SUGAM NGO School along with the Music Room, Computer Lab, Discover Lab, etc.
- Ms. Narang – Senior Educator and Board of Advisor of SUGAM NGO explained the curriculum of the school along with Teaching Methodologies.
- Mr. Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia (Founder Trustee – Unity in Action Foundation) and Ms. Priyanka (CSR Manager – Unity in Action Foundation) enquired about the future vision of the school and the support required to fulfill the vision.
- Ms. Monika and other members of SUGAM NGO were asked to share their detailed proposal for collaboration with Unity in Action Foundation under the Project SAMPOORNA SHIKSHA.
Visit to the Earth Saviours Foundation
- Ms. Rakhi Huda (Project Director – The Earth Saviours Foundation) coordinated the visit and facilitated the interaction with beneficiaries comprising elderly people residing at the Old Age Home.
- Mr. Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia (Founder Trustee – Unity in Action Foundation), Ms. Priyanka (CSR Manager – Unity in Action Foundation), and Mr. Abhijit Sarkar (Project Manager – Unity in Action Foundation) inspected the different facilities at the Centre and also interacted with the beneficiaries.
- Mr. Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia (Founder Trustee – Unity in Action Foundation) and Ms. Priyanka (CSR Manager – Unity in Action Foundation) also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Earth Saviours Foundation.
- Ms. Rakhi Huda and other members of The Earth Saviours Foundation were asked to share their detailed proposal for collaboration with Unity in Action Foundation under the Project SAHYOG.
