Genesis of Unity in Action Foundation

Unity in Action Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under the Indian Trust Act. The Foundation has been established by Mr. Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia – Managing Director: Air Logistics Group India. Air Logistics group (India) has been undertaking Philantrophic activities through its leadership group and employee since many years. To provide impetus to various social responsibility activities across the group Unity in Action Foundation was established in the year 2024.

Education

Provide access to quality education and scholarships for all.

Skill Development

Empower individuals with vocational training and practical job skills.

Elderly Care

Establish care homes and health services for senior citizens.

Sports Promotion

Encourage youth participation and infrastructure development for sports activities.
Who We Are

Introduction and History

Unity in Action Foundation was established in the year 2024 with the motto of “serving the society and empowering the marginalized and underprivileged communities”. The Foundation has developed a robust mechanism for executing CSR Projects in the area of Education, Skill Development, Community Health, Elderly Care Livelihood and Sports Promotion. The governing board of Unity in Action Foundation is directly involved in Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects with strong and robust internal control systems. All the projects partners of the foundation undergo rigorous due diligence process and monitoring mechanisms.
Community Development and Empowerment is one of the core thematic areas ofthe CSR Initiatives of Unity In Action Foundation and children, adoloscent, women, elderly, person with disability belonging from constrained socio economic backgrounds are the targeted beneficaries for all our projects, campaigns and intervention.

OUR VISION

Our vision it to uplift the vulnerable and marginalized communities through a community driven approach aimed at empowerment of community members with focus on children,adolescents, women, person with disability and elderly.

More than 500 students from marginalized background impacted through this project Sampoorna Shiksha

Approximately 250 youth were equipped with employability-focused skills, tailored specifically for the Air Cargo Industry.

100+

More than 100 elderly citizens were positively impacted through Ration Distribution Drives and Medical Relief Camps, ensuring their well-being and health.

Volunteering

We are a diverse organization comprising of staff and volunteers from different backgrounds and experience. We always welcome short term and long term volunteers and provide them an opportunity to make a difference in the society.
All our beneficiaries have a unique story and we need caring and empathetic volunteers that empower and support them with dignity and respect. In return for your time, you will gain a unique insight into the operations and culture of a diverse NGO covering health, education, elderly care, skill development etc.

Volunteering at Unity in Action Foundation is a great opportunity to develop your
life skills to build on your professional skills and interest. It will also develop your
understanding about social issues and orient you to innovative solutions to
address complex societal issues through voluntary efforts.
